Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FlirtSavvy (operated by Zucc Digital), we take pride in the quality and value of our digital products and coaching services. Because our products are digital in nature and delivered instantly upon purchase, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.


1. DIGITAL INFO-PRODUCTS (EBOOKS & AUDIOBOOKS)

All sales of eBooks, audiobooks, and "Order Bumps" are final.

  • Instant Delivery: Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned." Since access is granted immediately upon successful payment via email and our customer portal, the value is delivered instantly.

  • No "Trial" Period: We do not offer a "satisfaction guarantee" or trial period for our digital downloads.

  • Waiver of Withdrawal: By purchasing our digital products, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (or "cooling-off period") once the digital content has been delivered to you.

2. COACHING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our coaching services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.

  • Service Fulfillment: Once a billing cycle has occurred, the coaching staff and resources are allocated to you. Whether or not you choose to utilize the email coaching (by sending emails to your coach), the service is considered "rendered" for that billing period.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to your coach until the end of your current paid period.

3. FREE TRIALS & ONE-CLICK UPSELLS

  • Free Trials: If you are enrolled in a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your chosen payment method will be charged the standard monthly rate. These charges are non-refundable.

  • One-Click Upsells: Any additional offers purchased via our "one-click" checkout pages are subject to this same No Refund Policy. The price and terms of these offers are clearly stated on the offer page.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES & ACCESS

In the rare event that you experience a technical issue and cannot access your purchase, you are obligated to notify us at [email protected].

  • Fulfillment Guarantee: We will ensure that you receive the digital files or access to the coaching portal. Technical issues do not constitute a grounds for a refund, but rather a request for technical support.

  • Email Delivery: Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder if you do not see your delivery email immediately.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

We prefer to work with our customers directly to resolve any issues.

  • By purchasing from FlirtSavvy, you agree that you will not attempt to circumvent this No Refund Policy by filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

  • We keep detailed logs of all digital deliveries, IP addresses, and customer portal logins. In the event of a dispute, we will provide this evidence to the payment processor and banking institution to demonstrate fulfillment of the contract.
