Welcome to FlirtSavvy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Zucc Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the FlirtSavvy website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By purchasing any product, including but not limited to eBooks, audiobooks, or coaching subscriptions (collectively, "Products"), or by clicking a box that indicates your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
The Site and its Products are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
* eBooks & Audiobooks: Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered via the email address provided at checkout and/or made available through the FlirtSavvy customer portal.
* Access: Access to the customer portal is provided via email. It is your responsibility to ensure your email settings allow for the receipt of our communications.
* Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print Products for personal, non-commercial use only.
* Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available at checkout). By placing an order, you authorize Zucc Digital to charge your designated payment method through our third-party payment processor.
* Billing Descriptor: Charges on your bank or card statement will typically appear under the name *FLIRTSAVVY** (or ZUCC DIGITAL).
* Subscription Billing Schedule: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the exact same calendar day as your initial purchase. If a month has fewer days than your billing date, you will be billed on the last day of that month.
* One-Click Upsells: You acknowledge that certain subscription or product offers may be presented as "one-click" offers following an initial purchase. By clicking the "Add to Order" (or similar) button, you provide express informed consent to be charged for the item or subscription under the terms displayed on that page.
* Failed Payments & Access Suspension: If a recurring payment fails for any reason, your access to subscription products, including the coaching portal and coaches, will be instantly suspended. Failed charges will automatically be retried according to our payment processor’s standard automated retry logic. Access will only be restored once payment successfully processes or a valid payment method is submitted.
* Service Level: We aim to respond to coaching inquiries within 24 hours, with a maximum response time of 48 hours.
* Free Trials: If offered a free trial, you will be billed the full subscription amount at the end of the trial period unless you cancel via the customer portal prior to the expiration of the trial.
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time through your Customer Portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the coaching service until the end of your current paid billing period.
* True Inner Beauty Coaching Program: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee strictly for initial sign-ups to the "True Inner Beauty Coaching Program." You may request a full refund of your initial subscription fee within 14 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase by contacting [email protected]. This guarantee applies only to the initial payment made during the first 14 days following registration. All subsequent recurring payments made after this initial 14-day period are strictly non-refundable.
* Digital Info-Products & Other Services: Except for the explicit 14-day guarantee for the True Inner Beauty Coaching Program, all sales are final. Due to the immediate downloadable nature of digital info-products and the personalized nature of coaching services, Zucc Digital operates a strict No Refund Policy for all other purchases.
By completing your purchase, you expressly waive your right to a "cooling-off" period or any statutory right of withdrawal under applicable local laws beyond the explicit terms outlined above. In the event of technical issues or non-delivery, you agree to notify [email protected] immediately to allow us to rectify access.
All content on the Site and within our Products is the property of Zucc Digital. You are strictly prohibited from:
* Sharing, distributing, or reselling any Product, digitally or physically, to third parties.
* Engaging in "group buying" or shared-access schemes.
* Harassment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the abuse or harassment of our coaches or staff. Any user found engaging in such behavior will have their subscription terminated immediately without a refund.
Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase. By using the Site and purchasing our Products, you consent to all actions Zucc Digital takes with respect to such information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Furthermore, while we use industry-standard security measures, FlirtSavvy cannot guarantee that data, files, or content shared through the Site (including eBooks and Audiobooks) will be free of viruses or destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures for anti-virus protection.
* No Results Guaranteed: The Products and services provided by FlirtSavvy are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Success depends on individual effort and circumstances beyond our control.
* Not Professional Advice: Our content (including coaching) does not constitute medical, legal, or professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zucc Digital and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in question.
* Assignment: You will not assign any rights or delegate any obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
* Waivers: Failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
* Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force.
* Integrated Agreement: These Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the final and integrated agreement between you and Zucc Digital.
* Language: These Terms are executed in English. Foreign language translations are provided for convenience only; the English version governs all disputes.
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
